"In Japanese reviews, unable to enter the consonant extender to correct mistakes due to lack of space and inability to backspace. Please add っ and digraph characters to input keyboard. *Edit* I am not asking for advice on how to type in Japanese, nor am I confused on the process like the developer response suggests. I am stating that inputting the consonant extender DOES NOT WORK during reviews if there isn't enough space. During reviews, correct parts of a sentence become blocked off, and you can only make changes to the incorrect portions. You cannot type in the consonant extender if there isn't an adjacent space to the right of it (you need to type in a consonant twice to make it appear). I would post a screenshot to demonstrate but google doesn't allow that."
